AISI 316/316L Stainless Steel Sheet
Austenitic stainless steel balls with higher corrosion resistance than AISI 304 balls. They show good toughness. AISI 316L has a lower carbon content (maximum 0,030%). Balls are provided in the passivated condition. Special bearings, pumps and valves, aerosol and dispenser sprayers. Utilised in the foodstuff, paper, chemical, rubber, military, textile industry. Applications in photographic devices, medical instruments, quick couplings, recirculating balls, ink cartridges, jewels.
The grade 302 stainless is a slightly higher carbon version than grade 304 alloy that is widely found in strip and wire forms. This product is a standard specification for chromium and chromium-nickel stainless steel sheet
Nickel grade 200 is 99.6% pure nickel, one of the toughest metals. Nickel 200′s characteristics include excellent mechanical properties, a low gas content, low vapor- pressure, magnetic properties, high thermal and electrical conductivity. These properties and its chemical composition make Nickel 200 fabricatable and highly resistant to corrosive environment.
Alloy 321 (UNS S32100) is a titanium stabilized austenitic stainless steel with good general corrosion resistance. 321H (UNS S 32109) is the higher carbon (0.04 – 0.10) version of 321 stainless steel.
Grade 430 is a ferritic, straight chromium, non-hardenable grade, combining good corrosion resistance and formability characteristics with useful mechanical properties. Its ability to resist nitric acid attack permits its use in specific chemical applications but automotive trim and appliance components represents its largest fields of application.
Alloy 310 is an austenitic stainless steel that combines excellent high temperature properties with good ductility and weldability.
Stainless steel 410 is the basic, general purpose martensitic stainless steel that is used for highly stressed parts and provides good corrosion resistance plus high strength and hardness.
904L stainless steel is a non-stabilized austenitic stainless steel with low carbon content. This high alloy stainless steel is added with copper to improve its resistance to strong reducing acids, such as sulphuric acid.
316,316L,316H Stainless Steel Sheet
316 is the standard molybdenum-bearing grade, second in importance to 304 amongst the austenitic stainless steels. The molybdenum gives 316 better overall corrosion resistant properties than 304, particularly higher resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion in chloride environments.
